The Sapphire room was spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and fully functional. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous. The Free WiFi functionality was excellent, allowing for high volume and speedy downloads.

The staff were nice and always willing to help with anything I needed. the hotel location was great, close to many attractions and easy to find. Another positive point was the fact that the room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed. the air conditioning was working very well, so I could rest well during the hot nights.

The hotel facilities were not up to my standards. the room had a very outdated look and the bathroom was very small and cramped.
